This beachfront, luxury home of 120m2 is located on the sandy, well known beach of Farangas and is available for rent during the tourist period.

The house is part of a small beachfront house complex with beautiful gardens and direct access to the beach and consists of 2 self-contained apartments, each with separate entrance.

Ground floor apartment: (77m2), consists of one bedroom with double bed, bathroom with traditionally built large bathtub/shower, kitchen equipped with modern appliances, open plan sitting and dining area with TV, DVD, fire place and 3 couches which can be used as beds and guest bathroom. This part of the sitting room can be separated from the rest with a decorative screen and be used as a sleeping area.

Upper floor apartment: (43.70m2), consists of one bedroom with double bed, bathroom with traditionally built bathtub/shower, open plan sitting/dining area with TV, DVD and 2 traditionally built couches which can also be used as extra beds and equipped with modern appliances kitchen.

Both apartments offer large verandahs with traditional built couches and pergolas and of course wonderful view of the beach and the pictorial little bay.

6 hours of cleaning service per week is provided as well as linen and towel change once a week.

Chef on call is also available upon request.

June & September: €3.150 per week
July & August: €4.200 per week
